The Attic Man is a family-run business that has been doing Attic and Loft Conversions all over Meath and Dublin for families who wish to turn their empty roof space into an extra living area.

With over 30 years of experience, we have completed thousands of successful attic conversions and gained valuable knowledge in the construction process. Our Director Matt, a Quantity Surveyor by profession ensures that our customers receive quality building service and value for their money.

As we move towards sustainability and energy efficiency, we have our own in-house BER assessor and advisor to guide our clients on how to maximise the energy efficiency of their homes with an attic conversion. We understand that the BER rating is a crucial factor, and we can advise and direct our clients on how to sustain or maintain it.
